See if you qualify for a free room….

If you wish to run regular classes/courses or have any kind of ongoing activity as a normal part of your work life then yes, you probably will qualify.

The students can pay whatever it is you decide for the duration, all moneys are collected through this site. The student (or whatever you wish to call them) have immediate access. Recurring can be done, we would expect you to have regular sessions. Typical would be for example, yoga. The teacher may run three classes a day and the student is able to pick which class on what days they wish to attend. Recurring billing is possible.

We keep 20% of the fee after payment proccessing fees are considered. Therefore – if should charge about $6:00 and you would end up with about $4:00 after that. This is a guide only. Paypal fees are well advertised so you should be able to work it out.

Charitable Institutions.

Naturally, we will assist properly constituted and accepted charities. The work and benefit to the community is never under estimated. The owners of this site wish to thank you for that work.

Casual Hiring

This usually means people who want a room every so often. There is a per day hire. Yes we can negotiate a permanent dedicated hire where you simply control who has access. The rooms are available to suit different occupancy levels and rates vary accordingly.

Payment to You

We pay you your money at a reasonable interval. Obviously every transaction does not need to be immediately transferred. A level of $100 would be acceptable.

Site Currency

The only currency used here is the Australian Dollar. Any conversion issues are yours.

GST VAT etc

This is the trickiest part of the whole equation. The various rules and laws surrounding it are a minefield of horrendous proportions. Its not that we consider any Government should be deprived of rightful revenue the issue often comes down to “which Government are we talking about”? The rule of thumb in Australia is any overseas transaction below $1000:00 is exempt however often we do not know who is overseas and who isnt. Therefore, GST, VAT or whatever you want to call it will be considered payable and included as a part of the costing exercise. The rate that applies will be the current Australian rate of 10% fixed.

If you are an Australian entity we will not accept a room booking without being GST registered, we do not wish to go through the exercise of with holding 50% of income generated on your behalf on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office. Then having the responsibility of determining where your clients come from.

If you are in Australia, as a teacher or student, the paperwork you receive will not have the legal term “tax invoice” on it however this does not alter the tax liability. This site is owned by a registered Australian Company and our details are under the link “corporate”.

What You do:

1. You select the time you want and the price you pay depends on the choice you make.
2. Obviously, the more the cheaper it becomes per hour.
3. Once you have purchased, after a small amount of setup this end, you can use it.
4. All users for the class or conference can use the purchasers username and login password.
5. You are locked out before and after the time chosen.
6. The usernames and passwords only work on the alloted classroom or conference room.
7. Another payment will allow access again.
8. After login, another screen will appear asking for your name – this is your persoanl identifier in the room.
9. Generally, a first and last name is best, or if you have a handle then thats ok too, your call on that.
10. To use your mike and webcam, there is a start using link in there.
11. After that, its up to you, its like any traditional system we are all familiar with.
